The Sales Assistant will provide administrative sales and marketing support to our sales team. This is a full-time position which can be either remote, or in our Niwot offices. These duties include: managing contract renewals, maintaining Salesforce information, tracking marketing campaigns and pulling critical monthly reporting.
The Customer Service Representative role can be a part or full-time position. Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for answering registration inquiry calls along with a variety of support duties. These duties include: phone and email support, data entry, administrative office tasks, badge production and special projects delegated by our management and event planner teams.
The Event Associate will be responsible for answering registration inquiry calls as well as a variety of support duties including: responding to voicemails and emails, data entry, administrative office tasks, and special projects delegated by our management team and event specialists.
