The Customer Service Representative role can be a part or full-time position. Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for answering registration inquiry calls along with a variety of support duties. These duties include: phone and email support, data entry, administrative office tasks, badge production and special projects delegated by our management and event planner teams.
The Event Coordinator has the responsibility of assisting both our registration management and event planner teams. While this position continues to support the group administratively, they will also take on larger projects, more in-depth planning support, onsite management tasks, and ownership of smaller events.
The Event Associate will be responsible for answering registration inquiry calls as well as a variety of support duties including: responding to voicemails and emails, data entry, administrative office tasks, and special projects delegated by our management team and event specialists.
