- Obtain materials to support sales efforts (brochures, sponsorship deck, organization information, conference materials, thank you notes, etc.)
- Send early exhibiting options to the previous year’s exhibitors
- Identify possible exhibitors, send promotional information and follow up
- Handle queries regarding conference exhibits

Logistics
- Site selection, negotiations and contracting
- Decorator sourcing
- Implementation of interactive tradeshow floor plan
- Design floor plans to provide quality traffic flow and work within fire codes
- Develop guidelines, rules and regulations for exhibitors based on venue requirements
- Work with decorator on exhibit arrangements: drayage, shipping, storage, electrical, furnishings, carpet, labor and security
- Ensure decorator distributes exhibitor service kits/confirmations
- Handle exhibitor registration processing
- On-site exhibits management
