Sales/Marketing

  • Set up exhibitor and sponsor opportunities/levels
  • Assist with coordination of promotional pieces or exhibitor/sponsor prospectus
  • Obtain materials to support sales efforts (brochures, sponsorship deck, organization information, conference materials, thank you notes, etc.)
  • Send early exhibiting options to the previous year’s exhibitors
  • Identify possible exhibitors, send promotional information and follow up
  • Handle queries regarding conference exhibits
  • Sell booths
  • Provide exhibitor space assignments

Logistics

  • Site selection, negotiations and contracting
  • Decorator sourcing
  • Implementation of interactive tradeshow floor plan
  • Design floor plans to provide quality traffic flow and work within fire codes
  • Develop guidelines, rules and regulations for exhibitors based on venue requirements
  • Work with decorator on exhibit arrangements:  drayage, shipping, storage, electrical, furnishings, carpet, labor and security
  • Ensure decorator distributes exhibitor service kits/confirmations
  • Handle exhibitor registration processing
  • On-site exhibits management
